The Moka . The one and only since 1933. From a brilliant intuition by Alfonso Bialetti, the Moka Bialetti has conquered a place in the hearts and kitchens of all Italians in almost a hundred years of history. An excellent example of Art Deco, the Moka Express has become an icon and a symbol of Made in Italy, present in the permanent collection of the Triennale di Milano and the MoMA in New York. Bialetti has perfected its characteristic design over the years, keeping the functional and usable characteristics of the Moka unchanged : the octagonal aluminum boiler, the exclusive inspectable and easy-to-clean valve, the filter, and the collector that collects the essence of the extraction of coffee, black, full-bodied and hot. The Tricolore version of the Moka Express also wants to celebrate in its colors, the traditional Italian ritual of preparing a good coffee.
